Brand Identity
Friends of Friends were tasked with revitalising the brand identity for Rubywaxx, a renowned beauty salon located in Auckland. In a thriving beauty services industry with a plethora of choices for consumers, our primary goal was to build a modern brand that would retain loyal customers as well as attract new ones. Customer loyalty and the ability to engage new clients were vital elements of our strategy, particularly to support the growth of their expansion into new locations.
To meet these objectives, we concentrated on infusing the brand with a sense of freshness, intimacy, and inclusiveness. Alongside the brand development and creative direction, we worked with Made Studio who assisted with the launch of a new eCommerce website.
